DEF HOSE

Flextral Diesel Emission Fluid (DEF) dispensing hose is made from specially formulated polyurethane, with a black TPR cover, and is resistant to abrasion, ozone, UV, chemicals, and oil. Flextral DEF hose can be used to dispense DEF, AUS 32, oil and diesel. Our DEF hose features a lighter overall weight than comparable rubber hose, a unique tube design which offers greater resistance to contamination than standard EPDM rubber tubes, and a TPR cover that has better resistance to UV, ozone, and cracking than conventional rubber.

It is manufactured and assembled under 3P quality procedures, and meets or exceeds U.S. & European requirements. Flextral’s DEF hose has been tested and certified clean assemblies to ISO-22241. Couplings are made of stainless steel and feature the X2 Grip proprietary shank design. Couplings are available in several styles: NPT Solid, NPT Swivel, British Standard Solid, British Standard Swivel, and British Standard Female Solid. Temperature range is -14° F to +140° F (-10° C to +60° C). You will find our specially designed DEF hose to be extremely durable and very competitively priced.
